The cold store.

A frozen division built around the fish of the Bengali and South Asian table: river fish, sea fish and dried fish, received frozen, held at −18 °C in our main cold store in Jeddah, and sold wholesale and retail from the Al Hamdaniya showroom.

Cold chain

Received frozen, held at −18 °C in the main cold store in Al Mahajar, Jeddah, and delivered in refrigerated transport. Frozen meat and other frozen food items are stocked alongside the fish.

RAJ began in Jeddah in 1995 as an information technology company. The foodstuff company opened in 2020 and runs its own dry goods warehouse, cold store and showroom in Jeddah.
